  Allowed Forbidden
Beverages Herbal teas, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, bottled natural flavored mineral water, green tea, reversed osmosis and distilled water. Alcohol, chocolate, coffee, soft drinks, pekoe or orange pekoe tea, black tea
Bread Whole-grain, wheat, rye, multi-grain, bran. White bread or products with preservatives
Grains and Cereals Buckwheat, cornmeal, cracked wheat, millet, oats, fine ground grits, brown rice, flax seed, raisin bran and natural blended cereals. Processed cereals and grains and any containing preservatives or artificial colorings.
Dairy Products In limited quantities: nonfat cottage cheese, nonfat yogurt plain, small amounts of butter. All others, including margarine.
Eggs One per day - poached or boiled.  
Fruits fresh, homemade (boiled, no salt or sugar, in glass only), unsulfured dried. Canned, sweetened, or artificially preserved.
Vegetables Raw, fresh, steamed (when certain vegetables not in season, fresh frozen) In tin cans.
Potatoes/Roots Baked or boiled - sweet and white potatoes, yams.

Roots - yucca, jicama, ginger root.

Fried, or other including chips.
Salads Fresh or frozen vegetables, especially carrots, cauliflower, celery, chicory, green pepper, lettuce, radishes, Swiss chard, watercress, onions, turnips, Brussel sprouts, broccoli. In tin cans; Iceberg lettuce.
Meats (Twice per week) organic chicken, lamb, turkey (initially not allowed), veal - baked, broiled, grilled, or roasted. All fowl must be skinned. redmeat - organic, lean once per week. Pork in all forms.
Cottage Cheese One cup low fat cottage cheese with one tablespoon of flax seed oil. This can be done frequently.  
Fish Preferable white, as fresh as possible. Shellfish
Fats Cold-pressed vegetable oils, safflower, flax seed, linseed, canola, olive, unsalted butter in limited amounts. Animal fats, hydrogenated oils, margarine.
Nuts Fresh, raw, unsalted. All salted nuts, smoked or flavored, including peanuts.
Seasonings Chives, garlic, onion, parsley, marjoram, sage, thyme, savory, cumin, oregano, laurel, herbs, capsicum (cayenne); vegetable based seasonings such as Braggs, Bernard Jensen products; salt substitutes i.e., Co-salt or potassium salt. *Black pepper, paprika, sodium salt.
Soups From fresh or frozen vegetables, chicken completely de-fatted (strain through cheesecloth) Canned, creamed, from fatty or red meats.
Dessert Homemade items from list of permitted foods; fresh fruits, unflavored keratin (natural gelatin) sweetened with fruit juice, carob, carrot cake, oat cookies, maple sugar, unsulfured molasses, barley malt. Everything else.
Sweeteners Limited amounts unpasteurized honey, natural maple syrup, unsulfured molasses, barley malt. Everything else.
